Salon policy

At Orchid Belle Beauty, our goal is to provide a consistent top quality service to every client, every time.
We work extremely hard to continue to maintain appointment times for our clients and ensure everything is running smoothly during appointments.
In order for us to do this we ask that all of our clients assist in the following:

Appointment Confirmations:
All of our clients are sent a confirmation email 48 hrs prior and message 1 day prior in the lead up to their appointment.
There is no need for clients to contact the salon unless the appointment needs to be changed.
We ask that clients read the confirmation email carefully or check their appointment using their secure login in the online booking platform to ensure they are booked in for the service that they are wanting as we only have time allocated for the service booked.

Appointment times:
At Orchid Belle Beauty, we ask that all clients arrive on time for their appointment.
As our goal is to give every client and service 100%.
Please keep in mind that if you are running more than 10 minutes late,
we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service,
in which case you will need to make another booking.
This will result in the loss of the deposit.

Appointment Cancellations:
As OBB is a busy salon that clients book in advance for, we ask that any cancellations are made 48 hours before your appointment, and are accepted by phone, social media platforms, or dropping into the salon.
If you have confirmed your appointment and then do not arrive at the appointed time, OBB will deem it necessary to keep the 20% deposit as cancellation fee.
This minimum cancellation period will give the salon a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot.
Please note, deposits will not be refunded* but will remain on your account to be redeemed at another appointment or products/services in salon.
Please consider this when booking.
(*unless there are extenuating circumstances)

Appointment No Shows:
No shows to appointments will lead to future appointments requiring full payment to secure an appointment.

Refund Policy: 
Orchid Belle Beauty's services and products are non refundable but we offer an exchange policy to ensure client satisfaction.
If you are unhappy with a service, as per our salon policy we ask that you inform us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We want our clients to be happy all of the time and take all measures to ensure this is the case.
Please do not try to redo it yourself or go to another salon as this will void our service guarantee.
We do not refund gift vouchers, they are non transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

Payment methods:
We accept payment for services made by cash, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, online payment, Afterpay & Zip

Client Responsibility:
For safety reasons and comfort of all clients at Orchid Belle Beauty, we ask that children are accompanied by an adult at all times as there are sharp/ hot tools and do not play on the salon furniture or equipment.
We ask that during this time, due to Covid-19, that clients come alone if possible to minimise the number of people in the salon.
Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client.
